Music of the Heart

Dr.Benjamin Carson is the Chief of Pediatric Neurosurgery at the Johns Hopkins hospital. He is one of the worlds finest surgeons, but I think of him as a truly great man and a very kind person. I am honored that he has taken a keen interest in my marble sculpting hobby. After viewing my web site and considering the style of sculptures I had created, he asked me to make a sculpture to comemorate his 25th wedding anniversary as a surprise gift for his wife Candy. In the operating room, he sketched a heart with a violin embedded in it. I was very excited to present it to him. My wish for them is another happy 25 years together.

Thanks again for all of your support and encouragement Dr. Carson.
